Karnataka Ghat : Varanasi

This ghat was built in the beginning of the twentieth century (now known as Karnataka) by the kingdom of Mysore (c.1910). There is a temple at one place. Ruru ("The Dog") is also a temple of Bhairav, which is one of the 8th Bhairav, which protects the city from the 8th directions.
